As part of professional practice, it is imperative that child and adolescent psychiatrists engage federal and state legislators on the important issues that directly address the needs of children with mental illness. You may choose not to contribute without reprisal. Contributions are not limited to the suggested amount, subject to overall limits. Contributions or gifts to AACAP-PAC will be used for political purposes and are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Voluntary political contributions are subject to limitations of FEC regulations. Foreign nationals cannot contribute to AACAP-PAC.
