The Telepsychiatry Committee focuses on the use of telehealth technologies to improve the care and outcomes of children and adolescents who do not have access to traditional forms of mental health care.

AACAP provides JobSource: an advertising and recruiting tool for both employers seeking qualified child and adolescent psychiatrists and for members looking for new career opportunities. It is a year-round and web-based service used by both AACAP members and non-members and administered by the AACAP.

For 56 years the AACAP has a history of working to improve transparency. At every level, we work to ensure that all children and adolescents living with mental illnesses receive treatment of the highest caliber. AACAP-PAC is a separate segregated fund established by the American Association of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Contributions to AACAP-PAC are completely voluntary. You may choose not to contribute without reprisal. Contributions are not limited to the suggested amount, subject to overall limits. Contributions or gifts to AACAP-PAC will be used for political purposes and are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Voluntary political contributions are subject to limitations of FEC regulations. Foreign nationals cannot contribute to AACAP-PAC.
